2-3 peptides to immunize two New Zealand White rabbits
or 6 Balb/c mice for each antigen
• Produced antibodies are screened and optimized for customer designated antibody applications including Western (regular

• Customer may request one of product formats for final delivery:
- Polyclonal:
Peptide-affinity purified IgGs (each rabbit 1-5 mg in PBS
containing 50% glycerol, 0.05% NaN3)
- Monoclonal: 2 mouse hybridoma plus 2-5mg mouse IgGs from Protein A/G purified ascites
Polyclonal projects are completed in 3.5-4 months and monoclonal projects are completed in 5-6 months. |
