beta-Tubulin (10B1) Mouse mAb
Source
This Abmart monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a protein fragment within the carboxy terminus of human beta-tubulin.
Specifity
beta-Tubulin (10B1) Mouse mAb detects endogenous levels of total b-tubulin protein.
Storage
Store at -20°C. Stable for one year from the date of shipment.
Secondary Antibody (Important)
Use an anti-MOUSE secondary antibody to detect the 10B1 antibody.
Application Tested
Western blotting 1:5000Immunofluorescence 1:1000
Application Data

|
|
Western blot analysis of HeLa cell lysate, using Abmart beta-Tubulin (10B1) Mouse mAb. The antibody dilutions are 1:2000 (lane 1), 1:5000(lane 2) and 1:10000 (lane 3). Each lane was loaded with 10 μg of cell lysate.

|
|
|
IF analysis of HeLa cells, NIH/3T3 cells, COS-7 cells and 293T cells, using Abmart beta-Tubulin (10B1) Mouse mAb at a 1:1000 dilution.

AbMATE-2A8 A positive control for using
10B1
|
AbMATE-10B1 is a pre-made PVDF membrane strip containing a 50 kDa MYC-tagged protein and a mouse IgG protein dot. Probing AbMATE-10B1 with 10B1 antibody on a Western experiment shall produce the following results (as shown on the right):
- 1)The 50 kDa band shall show up (reacted with 10B1)
- 2)The mouse IgG dot shall show up (reacted with anti-mouse secondary antibody)
Failure to see above result suggests that your Western experiment system is NOT
working, and likely your own Western experiment will not work with
10B1. If you see the expected band and the dot (10B1
is working), but your own experiment membrane is not what you expected, please look
for other reasons (for example, your protein sample preparation) rather than Western
system itself.
Please contact Abmart’s technical support team by phone (+86-21-64048322) or email
(support@abmart.com.cn) for further questions.
AbMATE-10B1
can be stored at 4°C for 6 months.
(The AbMATE-10B1
should be submerged in methanol for 5 minutes before using).
