AbMATE-2A8 A positive control for using
3B3
|
AbMATE-3B3 is a pre-made PVDF membrane strip containing a 34 kDa positive control protein and a mouse IgG protein dot. Probing AbMATE-3B3 with 3B3 antibody on a Western experiment shall produce the following results (as shown on the right):
- 1)The 34 kDa band shall show up (reacted with 3B3)
- 2)The mouse IgG dot shall show up (reacted with anti-mouse secondary antibody)
Failure to see above result suggests that your Western experiment system is NOT
working, and likely your own Western experiment will not work with
3B3. If you see the expected band and the dot (3B3
is working), but your own experiment membrane is not what you expected, please look
for other reasons (for example, your protein sample preparation) rather than Western
system itself.
