Failure to see above result suggests that your Western experiment system is NOT working, and likely your own Western experiment will not work with .  If you see the expected band and the dot ( is working), but your own experiment membrane is not what you expected, please look for other reasons (for example, your protein sample preparation) rather than Western system itself.
